SHIPPING POLICY

Lily Star Zorric sells hand made knit wear and shadow boxes. I put pride in all my designs to ensure a high quality, professional finish.

All my scarves and infinity scarves are sent wrapped in tissue paper and dispatched in a waterproof bag.

Shadow Boxes are sent wrapped in bubble wrap and dispatched in a waterproof bag. Two AA batteries will be sent with each shadow box purchased in the UK so that your purchase will be immediately operational. For overseas orders I will enclose batteries where possible. I will update overseas customers of any potential issues prior to dispatch.

Please allow 7 days for me to create your order and if I should come across any potential issues which may hold up dispatch (such as problems with my own suppliers) I will keep you updated.

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Signed. This option offers security for both customers and myself. UK orders should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Should there be further postal strikes in the future, I will look to send orders via other postal services. In this unlikely situation I will update customers of any changes.

I will do my upmost to ensure that all orders reach you in the perfect condition in which they leave me.

Overseas orders will also be sent tracked and signed where possible (dependent on the country) using Royal Mail International.

Orders sent to countries within the EU should take 3-5 business days. Orders to the rest of the world should take 6-7 business days following the Royal Mail guidelines.

Please be aware that once a parcel has been dispatched I am unable to change the address to which the parcel is to be delivered. Please ensure that you include the correct address when placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I hope that you are delighted with your order from Lily Star Zorric, however shoudl you have changed your mind, you have up to 6 weeks to return your order which should make any after Christmas returns a little more relaxing.

When it comes to personalised orders such as name frames, new baby and wedding frames, I am afraid that I will be unable to accept returns.

On odd occasions, an order may not meet your expectations or have been damaged en route - please message me directly at lilystarzorric@hotmail.co.uk and I will work hard to resolve any issues and replace any breakages.
